Vegan Raw Food Health and Fitness, 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas Graham Diet - Weight Loss - Nutrition - Health - Vitamins - Natural Supplements & Herbs Victoria Boutenko | Superfood Information Raw Food Protein Sources Since I started my raw foods diet in June 2010, one of the most frequently asked questions from my friends was where I would get my protein from? Recently even my brother expressed his concern about my protein needs. It was then I realized how important this question really is, I feel that it is my responsibility to fully explain the protein sources to those who are interested in raw food diet or maybe are concerned for themselves or their friends or family members. Let's first look into what protein actually is… We have all learned in school that our body consists to more than 65% of water, making up for our primary building block. The difference between complex proteins found in meat, dairy, and fish and the individual amino acids found in plant food is explained very well by Victoria Boutenko in her book "Green for Life:" But this is exactly what happens when you feed your body with complex animal proteins. Stay Healthy and Merry X-mas to you all!

Flavored Lemonade Inspiration Elsie and I are starting to plan some spring/summer back-yard parties for this coming season. It's going to be my first summer in my house (just became a first time home-owner this past autumn). We plan to host a few little get togethers, I may build a small fire pit for s'mores. Who knows! We decided to try creating a few different lemonades, gearing up for the season. Once you have made your own lemonade (make your own from sugar, water and lemons or you can use a concentrate or store-bought kind as your base) you can add in all sorts of flavors to dress them up to you or your guests tastes. Grapefruit Lemonade- to a large pitcher of lemonade add in 2 cups of grapefruit juice and fresh slices of grapefruit. Strawberry and Basil Lemonade- to a large pitcher of lemonade add 2-3 cups of chopped strawberries and a handful of chopped basil. Cucumber Mint Limeade-to a large pitcher of limeade (or lemonade) add one cucumber, thinly sliced, and a handful of chopped mint leaves.

AlimentationVivante.org David Wolfe's The Best Day Ever Astrology/Horoscopes - Jonathan Cainer's Zodiac Forecasts Connaissez-vous la raw food? Comment définir Cook It Raw ? Quelques Français participent à l'aventure: Inaki Aizpitarte (le Chateaubriand, Paris), Pascal Barbot (l'Astrance, Paris), Claude Bosi (Hibiscus, Londres). Le mot d'ordre : "Winter was hard", "L'hiver fut rude". Cliquez ci-dessous pour lire la suite.
