Et si le succès de Slack permettait de (re)découvrir une pépite française ? L'engouement médiatique pour la start-up américaine, lancée en 2013, a permis de mettre en lumière le marché des outils de collaboration en temps réel. Baptisées ChatOps, ces solutions de chat professionnel visent à faciliter la communication entre les membres d'une équipe projet. Plus ancien, l'éditeur français talkSpirit (ex-blogSpirit créé en 2004) a accompagné la mutation des réseaux sociaux d'entreprise (RSE) vers ces nouveaux outils de productivité.
