Contemporary Works: Contemporary Art Photography for the 21st Century MOSSLESS Nature Photography / ANTILIMIT Behind The Glass In our modern world where most of us are generally surrounded by and marketed to with uninspiring things, this serves as my attempt to counter that with moments I've found to be interesting and special. I've taken and post-processed all the photos here since 2002. I currently call Austin home and have lived throughout the United States (to include Washington State, Florida, Indiana, Virginia & Texas) during my lifetime. I currently work as a front-end designer and developer during the day and enjoy travelling to new places and wandering around with my gear. That's me... very contently hanging on to the back of a tuk-tuk in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Sustainable House With Raw Stone Exterior Camel Quarry House is built on the footprint of the burnt out ruin of the original house. The site features great views of natural landscape and blends with it very well thanks to the exterior done in raw stones combined with several wood inserts. Its form is simple – a rugged face reflecting the quarry and estuary and a smoother façade facing the more sheltered, rural landscape. The new house is an informal, practical and low energy family home. It uses sustainable sources of energy that includes ground source heat pumps and solar panels concealed in the roof. The walls and roof are heavily insulated to reduce heating loads, windows are triple glazed using high performance insulative glass and water is obtained from an onsite bore hole.

House with Exterior Made Of Clinker Bricks and Wood This house has an exterior which is made of combination of clinker bricks and African teak wood. It is located near to Moscow, Russia, so the climate could be tough there. Even though there are plenty of snow during winters the house has flat roof and a lot of windows. There are several memorable elements of interior design you could find interesting. First of all there is a transparency glass staircase that gives a sense of soaring when you’re step up the stairs. The other cool element there is a swimming pool. brick house, clinker brick house, clinker brick house design, modern brick house, wood home, wood house, wood house design Photo Booth April 16, 2014 Portfolio: Cathedrals of Ice This past February, thanks to an unusually cold winter, the sea caves along the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, in northern Wisconsin, were accessible by foot for the first time in five years. Visitors were able to walk two miles over the thick ice of Lake Superior to see the ice formations that run up the coastline. Erin Brethauer, a photographer living in North Carolina, visited the sea caves. April 14, 2014 The Keepers of the Stones Except for a few days a year, you can walk among and touch the stones of Stonehenge only by special arrangement with English Heritage, the quasi-government agency that manages the site. The day after the equinox, Salisbury Plain’s often inclement weather gave way to sun. Salisbury Plain, in England, is known for its concentration of prehistoric structures, most notably Stonehenge, the circle of megaliths famous for the mystery surrounding its purpose.
