Cat products, cat toys, cat furniture, and more…all with modern style

Introducing KittiCraft: Modern Cat Products from South Africa  Modern cat products are springing up all around the world. The latest offering is from a new company called KittiCraft, located in South Africa. KittiCraft launched with an impressive line of perches, beds, and scratchers all made using CNC laser cut cardboard and MDF. To reduce shipping costs, most items ship flat-packed and are assembled by the customer with no tools or glue required. There are some interesting variations on existing cat products as well as some brilliant new concepts. First, check out the Universal KittiMount System, two different wall-mounted perches both featuring a replaceable cardboard scratching surface. There are also several very cool looking cat beds, some with hideaways inside and others with perches on top. Two styles of cat hammocks each come with a reversible cotton sling that looks quite cozy. What intrigues me the most are the hanging cat beds. KittiCraft is also making some very attractive cardboard scratching posts.

Cat Hoodie :: Makin’ Me Purr :: Free Knitting Pattern! I made Molly a cat hoodie quite some time ago. Jason and I thought RapCat (checkers’ commercials) was just too ridiculous and therefore, pretty funny. We invented a scenario where RapCat was Molly’s secret lover and it was a long standing, pretty bizarre, joke. We even joked about Molly wearing RapCat’s hoodie, you know, the blue and blue one. We laughed so hard about it…. and then I made one for her and we laughed some more. Now I know that a lot of cats would have serious objections with any kind of hoodie being put on them, even if knit with the most love. 25 Awesome Furniture Design Ideas For Cat Lovers Seeing as today (August 8th) is International Cat Day, we figured that many cat owners might want to get their cat companions a gift to show them that they’re loved. Now, you could get them a mouse toy or a can of salmon pate, but the right piece of cat furniture can make for a meaningful and lasting pet gift. Cats love to look for cozy hiding spots or safe vantage points, so furniture that offers them such places can be a great option. If you’re not a cat person, you can check out our general pet furniture post. design for kids and the home Riccardo Bovo's Portfolio Nebula Lamp reflect a research about computational tools as essential elements for the form finding process and additive manufacturing as a meaning of production. The 3d printed object is no longer just a prototype, but is the final product; and the characteristic look of the 3D printing plastic is no longer synonymous with an uncompleted design process but is a symbol of new processes that override in meaning and functionality the old ones.Industrial Design, Print Design, Product Design2012 The aim of the project was to create a contemporary piece of furniture, influenced by technology developments in fabrication methods and computational startegies. The goal for this project was therefore to get rid of old archetypes influenced by well known methods of furniture making. kids love design 3D puzzle furniture Hot on the heels of the Baby Flash Chairfix, I now discover 3D puzzle furniture from Elin Basander André. Why, one might almost sense a trend. This kit allows you to make a rocking chair, shelf and table. There is no need for any tools, making it an ideal parent and child project, and you can choose from red, white and black.
