PROPUBLICA GEN HACK DAY - HOSPITALS Map Data Map data ©2014 Google Patient monitor Discover GIF Featured Artists medium.com BY STELLY RIESLING Featured below is another original art work of mine in homage to THE PIONEER OF INVISIBLE ART — PAUL JAISINI. Forget all the copycats that came after him — Master Paul Jaisini was the *FIRST* of a totally original concept and the *BEST*. My favorite thing about him is that he’s a voice, not an echo, which is quite rare. DISCLAIMER: This is for anyone who is a hater OR wishes to better understand me, what I’m all about, so you can decide whether I’m weird or normal enough for you — a kind of very loose manifesto, rushed and unrevised, full of raw uncut emotion that I don’t like to be evident in my writing as lately I prefer a more professional, formal style, so we can consider this a rough draft of the more polished writing to come when I have extra time.

URL Masking There are numerous ways to mask a URL — meaning the URL in the browser's address bar is not the actual URL to the content. The example code in this article assumes the actual content being published is at the same domain as the URL in the browser's address bar. With extra coding, and excepting the Apache rewrite method, the content can come from other domains. (See Block Content Theft via URL Masking for ways to block unauthorized publishing of your content.) Budget Hero 2.0 Budget Hero seeks to provide a values – and fiscal-based lens for citizens to examine policy debates during this election year. Partisan messages tend to cloud the real issues at play during campaigns, and most candidates are loath to attach detailed financial impacts to solutions which make up their platform. Budget Hero provides an interactive experience involving policy options that have been extensively researched and vetted with non-partisan government and think tank experts to enable players to objectively evaluate candidates.

PlaysPokemon The upcoming run of Pokemon Red will be a Pokedex completion run by use a 151 romhack. It will start in anarchy mode and democracy mode will only be enabled if a location-specific timer ticks down to zero (leaving the area will result in the timer being paused). I had previously intended this run of Red to be anarchy mode-only but I think putting democracy mode behind a substantial, non-dodgeable timer is more realistic. Here are some of the games and romhacks being considered for future runs: Pokemon Diamond (Telefang)MoemonTouhoumonPokemon BrownPokemon PrismPokemon QuartzPokemon MarblePokemon Blue (democracy-only)Pokemon Trading Card Game (democracy-only)Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (democracy-only) I like to think of it as seasons, this (and the upcoming Omega Ruby run) has been the 2014 season of TPP.

My Cotton Picking Life - Game The News How long will you spend picking cotton in this exploration of child labor in Uzbekistan? This game comes originally from a news article on the Guardian website that reported on the scandal of cotton picking by kids in Uzbekistan that are used to make clothes, supplied to people in the west. This is about forced labor – the kids are taken out of school and forced to work: Uzbekistan, one of the world’s largest exporters of cotton, forces adults and children as young as nine to pick cotton under what the charity Anti-Slavery International describes as “appalling conditions”. The kids are given quotas per day to meet (up to 50kg) and if they don’t meet these can be punished. To compound it all, Uzbekistan has an appalling human rights record, according to Human Rights Watch.
