
Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv Hi BodyRockers, Yesterday I mentioned how difficult it is for me to get excited about veggies and that I need to find more delicious recipes to stick with a diet that will support my training and health. I look for recipes everywhere to get inspired and then I come up with my own twist and spin on them. Today I have for you an amazing recipe that is very tasty and will support your fat loss goals. You will need the following ingredients: 1 bowl of chopped broccoli, 3/4 bowl of fat free feta cheese, 3 egg whites, 1 small leek, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, about a half cup of pine nuts, 2 table spoons of olive oil, 1 tea spoon of cumin, 1/2 tea spoon of corriander, 1/2 tea spoon of ginger, salt, pinch of black pepper. Heat up the olive oil on a medium size sauce pan. Chop the onion and saute until slightly brown. Chop the green pepper. Chop the broccoli in a small pieces. Chop the leek. Add the chopped veggies, pine nuts, and spices into the pan and saute until the broccoli and pepper is soft. Enjoy!

It’s super important to kick off your day with the necessary vitamins, fat, protein, carbs, etc. in order to set yourself up properly for your daily adventures.
