Marchesa, fit for an Empress Fashion show coverage
Just when you thought there were no ways left for Marchesa to reinvent the breathtaking yet unique evening gown, we’re handed this collection on an ornate silver platter that came straight out of some exotic palace. The origami-like shapes found their way back in, while other pieces were beaded and draped like the processional garb of some ancient Empress. Odds are the red carpets will also be awash with the full lace one-pieces that brought the jumpsuit to a new level of formality and elegance. More images after the jump. Images: Style.com.

Amazing Sight in the South Pacific | Ash, Ocean, Island, Imagine, Being
A yacht was traveling in the south Pacific when the crew came across a weird sight. Look at these photos and try to imagine the thrill of experiencing this phenomenon. NO!!!!This is not a beach; it is volcanic stones floating on the water. then this was spotted, ash & steam rising from the ocean.. And, while WE were watching... A plume of black ash...HUGE CLOUD. A brand new island formed... Can you imagine the thrill of being the first & only people to see a new island being created where there was nothing before?

Whether it's cleaving monsters' faces in half with a chainsaw bayonet in Horde Mode, defending a makeshift fortress from a sea of brain-devouring zombies or manning a machine gun nest against an unstoppable sea of charging soldiers; people have always been fascinated with badass stories of one man, by himself, taking on a endless waves of assailants, refusing to back down in the face of insurmountable odds, dying with his fingers still clutching his weapons and leaving behind a smoldering, heaping pile of severed limbs, carnage and dead enemies. Switzerland
Switzerland In June 2011, we spent a week in Switzerland, flying into Geneva, with an initial stop in Montreux, followed by a picturesque stay in Wengen, located above the Lauterbrunnen valley. The alps provided a stunning backdrop to explore the area. The village of Wengen where we stayed in an alpine chalet/hotel, above the Lauterbrunnen valley. Besides cows, goats and sheep tend to be outfitted with bells. A cog train at Kleine Scheidegg. Riding the train from Kleine Scheidegg back to Wengen offered stunning valley views. Here we can see some places that are a geological wonder that you may know about already, or maybe not? Antelope Canyon, Arizona, USA Antelope Canyon is one of the world's most beautiful canyons. Pamukkale, Turkey These stunning terraces of water are found in Pamukkale Turkey and were shaped from a substance called travertine, which forms from the build-up of sediments of calcium carbonate deposited in water from hot springs. The Wave, Arizona, USA This incredible formation of sandstone rock is stunning in its colors. Moeraki Boulders, New Zealand The Moeraki Boulders are amazing boulders found on the New Zealand coast. Bungle Bungles, Australia Bungle Bungles are found in the the Purnululu National Park in Western Australia, also a World Heritage Site. Fantasy Cave, Bermuda Wave Rock, Australia
