I have to say when it arrived I was a little surprised that it wasn't more for the money. I'd heard so much about it. Once I'd attahed it to the camera and gone out and about I realised why it was so popular. Really makes the camera more usable. Not considered it dropping off the hook !! The connector into the camera is VERY strong and I've just looked at the hook and that appears to be strong so fingers crossed ;-) by chris1960 Oct 19
