Dancers Among Us | InspiringM.ag Dancing. A universal emblem of passion, joy and lust. How many people do you think you walk past on a daily basis who dance for a living? If you’re a regular reader here, chances are, none. However, according to Jordan Matter, if you’re an active businessman in New York, you’re probably walking past thousands each day. To give us all an idea of the personalities of these mysterious hidden dancers, Matter took matters into his own hands and decided to undertake a project he decided to call Dancers Among Us in which he featured regular civilians, but with a small twist. Oh, by the way, if you’re interested in looking at the whole set you can find it on Jordan’s website here . My favorite one is the girl with the bath robe rinsing the shaving blade in the fountain. Mirroring often occurs in social situations, particularly in the company of close friends or family. Mirroring is the subconscious replication of another person's nonverbal signals.[1] This concept takes place in everyday interactions, and often goes unnoticed by both the person enacting the mirroring behaviors as well as the individual who is being mirrored.
