Satie Says Audio Collection The 17th May 2016 marks 150 years since the eccentric French composer Erik Satie was born. Erik Satie is best known for his elegant Gymnopedies. We’re celebrating his birthday with some of his humorous piano pieces. These were accompanied by quirky little stories and poems, written next to the notes on the page.
