i don't sleep very well when i travel. and as a result, i tend to be awake in cities when everyone else is asleep. that's where this album, and the pictures that accompany it come from. it was primarily written late at night in cities when i felt like i was the only person awake (or alive), a soundtrack for empty cities at 2 a.m, at least that's how i hear it. the pictures were taken on tour while i was writing the album. i wanted to show a different side of touring and traveling. a side that is often mundane, disconcerting, and occasionally beautiful. as always, thank you for listening. and hopefully see you soon. moby

As users contemplate deleting their Instagram accounts forever, many of these sites are becoming popular destinations for those who want to preserve their photos. Top 10 Intellectual Rappers Music Despite being in the mainstream consciousness for over twenty years now, Hip-Hop is still largely thought to consist solely of idiotic, crude and often pointlessly violent lyrics that debase and malign the English language. Although to be fair, that is still the majority of the Hip-Hop music being shoved down our throats by the big music labels and radio. However, there is an increasingly large presence of extremely intelligent Hip-Hop pushing the genre’s boundaries and transforming rap into academically and artistically viable poetry. NOTE: Judging intelligence is an extremely subjective matter and will always spark debate, however I did abide by some criteria when making my selections. Andre 3000

Using Appropriate Terminology Function not purpose The purpose of a hammer is to pound nails. One function of a hand is to hold a hammer. Designed tools have purposes. A Mix of Reality and Illusion The Noteboek is one of my favorite work from Evelein Lohbeck. She is a freelance artist from Netherland and her work is truly remarkable. As she says she likes to confuse reality and challenge the expectation of people. Viewing her portfolio, she has a done some T shirt designs, flyers, commercial and my favorite her collection of animation and films.

12 World’s weirdest stadiums A lot of stadiums around the world have spectacular designs, like the new World Cup 2010 stadiums in South Africa. Yet there are some stadiums where architects have failed and there are some very clever adaptations to the surrounding landscape and that makes them kinda weird.
