281642 This morning at 9:59 AM local time, a dialog from an unknown app popped up and asked me if it could install Adobe's Flash player. My reaction is the one everyone should have in response to things like this: Don't click. Stop and think. I've been around for awhile and I'm not stupid. I'd never heard of EasyBits Go and certainly hadn't installed it on my system. I brought up Windows Task Manager, and sure as hell, there was a process running called easybitsgo.exe. Talk about red flags! I immediately did a search for EasyBitsGo.exe on my system, and found the executable at Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Easybits GO/ There are several subfolders as well. Only after gathering that data (and taking a quick look on Google, which showed almost nothing) did I begin removing it. EasyBits is a real company, and they created and have been running Skype Game Channel for some years now. Too, too much. So whatthehell is going on here? This is a guess, but it makes sense.

Great moments in Modern Warfare 2 commentary: "Sandy Ravage is VISIBLY UPSET" | News, Videos Here's a ridiculous kill streak in Modern Warfare 2 by player Sandy Ravage, commentated with hilarious enthusiasm by El Presador. A while back I was singing the praises of StarCraft 2 pro-gaming commentators Tasteless and Artosis - their nerdily smart insights and zealous enthusiasm are perfect to make a frantic RTS comprehensible. I think El Presador's thunderously macho bellowing and hilarious improvised lingo is just as perfect for the merciless bloodbath of instakills that is Modern Warfare 2 online. The next time I'm one-shotted from nowhere, I'm going to be thinking, "You got the beast mad now! "Sandy Ravage senses these boys are gonna quit, so he missed on purpose with that predator missile. "They need to make a patch for this man, because man seriously - how the fuck you gonna combat the uncombatable? Thanks reddit.

London Philharmonic performs medley of over 20 video game songs – Video Games Reviews, Cheats The sign of a good video game theme song is when the song is stuck in your head for hours, or even days, after you finished playing. True, you might not think it’s the best thing ever when all you hear is the Moon Theme from the Duck Tales NES game or the Kirby’s Dream Land theme. Then, there are songs like the Legend of Zelda theme or the Super Mario Bros. theme that everyone and their moms are familiar with. That’s right, the London Philharmonic Orchestra transformed more than 20 video game songs into beautiful orchestral pieces that were performed at the Royal Festival Hall in London on Friday, September 2. The games included in the London Philharmonic’s performance include Final Fantasy, Tetris, Advent Rising, Halo, BioShock, Dead Space, Mass Effect, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Splinter Cell, Elder Scrolls, Legend of Zelda, Myst, World of Warcraft, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Super Mario Bros., Enemy Zero, 007: Blood Stone, Little Big Planet, Grant Theft Auto, and Metal Gear Solid.

Nekotika Game Creators Shoebox Mario: A Side-Scrolling DIY Masterpiece This little side-scrolling game looks like a lot of fun to play, especially if you stumble upon it lying on a table with an inviting "pull me" label. It looks like playing a normal Mario game but in a horrible nightmare featuring a controller so sticky you can’t stop running to the right. The game-in-a-shoebox is made from a Teagueduino board and is effectively an analog version of the classic Mario games. When you goof, the lid drops on you and closes unforgivingly, sort of like it’s taunting you to try your skill again. The company is still in Kickstarter mode as of this writing, and you’ll have to pledge $160 to get a Teagueduino. For those who don’t know, a Teagueduino is basically an Arduino board with an extra bit of hardware. Teagueduino has a tutorial for making your own side-scroller (along with information on other basic projects) on its website, though it doesn't seem to offer a lot of concise details.
