Nocardia Otitidis DNA Polymorphism Analysis after Biofield Treatment

Nocardia Otitidis Antimicrobial Susceptibility Analysis Abstract Nocardiosis is a soil-borne aerobic infection caused by Nocardia species commonly affects the respiratory tract. Nocardia otitidis (N. otitidis) is the key organism for non-mycobacterial tuberculosis. The current study was attempted to investigate the effect of Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment on N. otitidis and analyzed for antimicrobial susceptibility pattern, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), DNA polymorphism by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and 16S rDNA sequencing. The strain of N. otitidis (ATCC 14630) was divided into two parts, control and treated. Citation Information Mahendra Kumar Trivedi.

HEP C Viral Load – An Impact of Human Energy Treatment hepatitis viral endemic area. [11]. Viral load test is a blood test that indicates the presence and measure the amount of HCV RNA and HBV DNA in the blood. material that helps to replicate, and produce more copies of viral RNA Since, HCV is a blood borne pathogen; the experiment was carried out with extra precautions during handling of materials potentially containing HCV. (IFN) alpha and ribavirin is the standard of care to prevent long term sequelae of HCV associated liver diseases [13]. combination treatment regimen is very expensive and not uniformly effective due to wide variation of genotypic surrogates. feedback from various studies has suggested that 62%-90% of patients with confirmed HCV infection are not receiving antiviral treatment Although several treatment strategy are available against hepatitis patients infected by HBV or HCV such as IFN-based therapy, polymerase inhibitors and second generation protease inhibitors but some difficulties are present. Human Biofield’s Influence on Properties of Indole Abstract Indole compounds are important class of therapeutic molecules, which have excellent pharmaceutical applications. The objective of present research was to investigate the influence of biofield treatment on physical and thermal properties of indole. The study was performed in two groups (control and treated). Keywords:Indole; X-ray diffraction; Thermal analysis; Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; UV-Vis spectroscopy Abbreviations XRD: X-ray diffraction; DSC: Differential scanning calorimetry; TGA: Thermogravimetric analysis; DTA: Differential thermal analyzer; DTG: Derivative thermogravimetry; FT-IR: Fourier transform infrared; UV-Vis: Ultraviolet-visible Introduction The theoretical basis of medicinal chemistry has become much more sophisticated, but is naive to suppose that the discovery of drugs is merely a matter of structure-activity relationships. Mr. Materials and Methods The indole was procured from S D Fine Chem Pvt. Biofield treatment Characterization G = kλ/(bCosθ) 1.

Description Title : An Evaluation of Biofield Treatment on Susceptibility Pattern of Multidrug Resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia: An Emerging Global Opportunistic PathogenAuthor(s) : Mahendra Kumar Trivedi

Sensitivity Pattern of Stenotrophomonas Maltophilia Antimicrobials Stenotrophomonas maltophilia ( S. maltophilia ) is a Gram-negative bacillus, an opportunistic pathogen, particularly among nosocomial infections. Multi-drug resistant strains are associated with very high rate of morbidity and mortality in severely immunocompromised patients. Present study was designed to evaluate the effect of biofield treatment against multidrug resistant S. maltophilia . Clinical sample of S. maltophilia was collected and divided into two groups i.e. control and biofield treated which were analyzed after 10 days with respect to control. The following parameters viz. susceptibility pattern, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), biochemical studies and biotype number of both control and treated samples were measured by MicroScan Walk-Away® system. The results showed an overall change of 37.5% in susceptibility pattern and 39.4% in biochemical study while 33.3% changes in MIC values of tested antimicrobials after biofield treatment.

Biofield Treatment’s Impact on Metronidazole & Tinidazole Abstract Metronidazole and tinidazole are widely used antimicrobial drugs against Gram-negative and Gram-positive anaerobic bacteria. The present study was aimed to evaluate the impact of biofield treatment on metronidazole and tinidazole using FT-IR and UV spectroscopy. The study was carried out in two groups i.e. control and treatment. Treatment groups were subjected to Mr. Keywords: Metronidazole; Tinidazole; Biofield treatment; Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; Ultraviolet spectroscopy Introduction Metronidazole and tinidazole are structurally similar synthetic imidazole derivative and widely used as antimicrobials against several infections such as infection of intra-abdominal, respiratory tract, skin, central nervous, oral and dental, bone and joint, etc. Both metronidazole and tinidazole possess some stability related difficulty.
