Twitter Background Template for Photoshop - Seamless Design | InlineVision: Web Design / E-Commerce / PPC / Social Media | Las Vegas, NV Here is my updated Photoshop template for the new Twitter design that is still rolling out to everyone’s accounts. I’ve been chomping at the bit, waiting for the update to hit one of the accounts I have access to. Logging in and out, switching browsers, clearing my cache… and it finally happened! This Twitter template is very similar to the last one I created. There’s a layer group for different screen sizes. They show the visible areas for small screens (1024×600), 13″ screens (1280×800), my 15″ laptop screen (1440×900) and of course, my HD desktop monitor at 1920×1080. Necessary or not, I started breaking the Twitter UI into separate layer groups. All that’s left are the layers for the header and profile photo. The one thing you must do when saving the background is to resize it to 1905px wide. Simply enter your email address and the download link will be sent directly to your Inbox (we can only send you the download link if you enter a valid email address). Like the template?
Louis C.K. Goes Off on Trump, Calls Him an "Insane Bigot" Louis C.K. is far from the first celebrity to openly condemn Donald Trump. He's not even the first person to compare Trump to Hitler. But given the man is a professional wordsmith, it's not surprising he's penned one of the most delightful Trump takedowns thus far. "If you vote for him because of how you feel right now, the minute he's president, you're going to regret it," he wrote. P.S. How To Create Typography Illustrations the Easy Way Hand lettering typography illustrations are really cool, but it takes a lot of skill to craft authentic artworks by hand with pen and paper. Typically this style of art is created by elite illustrators, but I’ve found an entirely digital technique that allows us mere mortals to create cool looking artwork too! Follow this step by step Illustrator tutorial to learn how to manipulate text within a silhouette shape and add texturing to produce a realistic hand drawn style typography illustration. After releasing last week’s free meat cut illustrations I received a few enquiries from people asking how they were made, so today’s tutorial is based on the same technique. The quote I’ve chosen to depict in this typography illustration is “Give Me a Home Where the Buffalo Roam” from the classic Home on the Range song, so an image of an actual buffalo suits this quote perfectly. Select the Pen tool and begin tracing a rough outline around the subject. Download this file
Technical Drawing for Beginners: One Point Perspective One point perspective is one of the easiest perspective drawing styles available. The reason for this is that all lines lead to a single point, and regardless of how complex your object is, it's easy to realize when you've made a mistake, and just as easy to correct it. Some Important Rules Before we jump in, there are some important rules to keep in mind when drawing in one point perspective. All vertical construction lines are parallel to one another; All horizontal construction lines are parallel to one another;Given the lack of a second and third vanishing point, this perspective relies on orthogonal construction lines; This style of perspective, although convincing, is not always accurate. When to Use One Point Perspective Whenever you need to quickly present a concept of an object or a scene to another person, you're faced with two options: technical blueprints, or a perspective thereof. Personally, I recommend using this style of perspective for the following scenarios: Exercise 1. Step 1
Tutorials/Village mechanics See also: Village and Villager If you're trying to spawn golems for an iron ingot farm, or just want a few more noses to trade with in your local villager township, then you've come to the right place. Video explanation[edit | edit source] Before reading on, you may like to watch the following video which explains the mechanics of breeding villiagers. Terminology[edit | edit source] A village is defined by several factors: the village center, radius, number of houses, population (number of villagers), population cap (max. number of villagers, based on housing), number of golems, and golem cap (based on population). A village needs two things, in order to be a "village." Symmetrical villages are easy to calculate the centers of, but for more complex villages, such as naturally generated villages, it's a good idea to give yourself a few blocks extra room. Housing[edit | edit source] A "house" is defined as a wooden door with an "inside" and an "outside." Not much to look at, is it?
