4 Things You Can Do Right Now to Create a Perfectly Organized Google Drive - The Gooru
Everyone organizes their Google Drive differently. Shockingly, many Google Apps users don’t organize them at all. I have found that, by using a few best practices, there is a system for making Google Drive much more organized and easier to navigate. Proper folder structure, naming conventions, color coding, and keeping track of what is shared with you can go a long way when used properly. These 4 tips show the best way to organize your Google Drive for faster navigation so you never lose track of a document again. 1. The best starting point is creating a clean universal folder structure. Within each subfolder, it is a good practice to create folders that are dated by week to keep track of the dates each document is created, that way no folder becomes too full and difficult to sort through. To create a folder click the red NEW button and then select the option for folder. 2. I made each folder in my drive a different color and then each subfolder a different shade of that same color. 3. 4. Related:  Info om bij te houden

De Correspondent To Close the Gender Gap, We Have to Close the Data Gap To Close the Gender Gap, We Have to Close the Data Gap What does a typical evening look like in your house? If it’s anything like ours, someone will be reading a book that Amazon recommended, or scanning their personalized newsfeed on Flipboard; and the kids will be listening to tunes on Spotify, or watching YouTube videos. These sites help make our lives easier — and they do it by tapping into the power of data. The hard reality is that in too many areas, data doesn’t exist. But in the field of global health and development vast blind spots still remain. The hard reality is that in too many areas, data doesn’t exist. These knowledge gaps and biases have two effects. First, they hamper our ability to advance the cause of gender equality. Second, these gaps and biases reinforce the harmful stereotypes and practices that are grounded in the attitude that women and girls simply don’t matter.

'PETA's gruesome pop-up shop reminds shoppers that the only way to keep blood and guts out of our closets is to choose vegan clothing, shoes and accessories.' The pop-up shop, in one of Bangkok's trendiest shopping malls, was the idea of advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather. 'Some are skinned alive. Are they real?

Poetry Chaikhana Blog » Mary Oliver – The Buddha’s Last Instruction The Buddha’s Last Instruction by Mary Oliver “Make of yourself a light,” said the Buddha, before he died. I think of this every morning as the east begins to tear off its many clouds of darkness, to send up the first signal — a white fan streaked with pink and violet, even green. An old man, he lay down between two sala trees, and he might have said anything, knowing it was his final hour. — from House of Light, by Mary Oliver / Photo by christopher / This is as much a story as a poem, a retelling of the final moment of the Buddha’s life. “Make of yourself a light,” said the Buddha, before he died. Mm. Mary Oliver immediately recognizes this as a statement, not of death, but of renewal and the continuation of life. I think of this every morning… We are brought, by Mary Oliver’s line, immediately to the dawn. Knowing it is his last moment, with a life of great striving and penetrating insight behind him, “he might have said anything.” I love these lines. These closing lines are so striking.

Launch Content Marketing Program with Step-by-Step Workbook Does either of these statements describe your organization? A. Content is everyone’s responsibility – but it’s no one’s job. B. If you picked A or B, keep reading – help is on the way. In reality, content marketing should be a component of your existing marketing strategy, not a separate entity. One of CMI’s goals is to help organizations transform their marketing operations – from a subservient function that merely describes the value of a product or service into an enterprise-wide presence that capitalizes on the benefits of content-based engagement. But, to do this, you need to move beyond viewing content marketing as an on-demand service to support sales and start thinking of content marketing in terms of how it can truly impact the business. To help you in this transformation, we created a new workbook, Launch Your Own Content Marketing Program. When you complete this workbook, you will have: Here’s a glimpse of what you will accomplish with the workbook: Some questions to ask:

Take off your hat to nothing known or unknown, or to any man or number of men, Go freely with powerful uneducated persons, And with the young, and with the mothers or families. Re-examine all you have been told in school or church or in any book, Dismiss whatever insults your own soul; And your very flesh shall be a great poem… And have the richest fluency, not only in its words, But in the silent lines of its lips and face, And between the lashes of your eyes, and In every motion and joint of your body. ~ Walt Whitman ~ Preface to Leaves of Grass, 1855 edition ~A Song of the Rolling Earth~ Were you thinking that those were the words, Those upright lines? I Deleted My Entire iTunes Library And You Can Too How To Delete Your iTunes Library I won’t lie: this was a little bit terrifying, or at least as terrifying as any other experience you can have sitting at a desk. I checked my backups like four times and was still nervous I’d wake the next day to discover a missed checkbox has vanished my playlists, or sent my music to the big iCloud in the sky. My end goal was to move all the music out of iTunes and leave things like Movies and TV Shows behind so I can still make use of my Apple TV. If metadata for your non-music media matters to you, do not follow these instructions. 1: Back Everything Up. Make sure you have a full copy of your iTunes Media folder along with your ‘iTunes Music Library.xml’ and ‘iTunes Library.itl’ files on an external drive or three. 2: Import iTunes Library Probably you’ve already imported your iTunes Library as mentioned above. 3: Make Sure You Have Everything 4: Consolidate Library In Swinsian, open the Swinsian->Preferences->Library pane. 5: (optional) Collect Detritus
