Patty-cake Cats

Cute Little Cats When God made the world, He chose to put animals in it, and decided to give each whatever it wanted. All the animals formed a long line before His throne, and the cat quietly went to the end of the line. To the elephant and the bear He gave strength, to the rabbit and the deer, swiftness; to the owl, the ability to see at night, to the birds and the butterflies, great beauty; to the fox, cunning; to the monkey, intelligence; to the dog, loyalty; to the lion, courage; to the otter, playfulness. And all these were things the animals begged of God. At last he came to the end of the line, and there sat the little cat, waiting patiently. "What will YOU have?" Photo by Ivan Nava Blue Gaze by Douzy The cat shrugged modestly. "But I'm God. "Then I'll have a little of everything, please" said the Cat. But he took away her false modesty. ~ "When God Made Cats" by Lenore Fleischer Get authentic success with latest audio lectures provided by 000-579 at highly discounted rates.

Why I Carry a 9MM Handgun Why I Carry a 9MM Handgun The other day I ran into an acquaintance (who I barely know) and he told me that he’d just purchased a .45 caliber handgun. He said he loved the gun, but the only problem was he couldn’t shoot it. All of his shots were going low and he couldn’t ever hit the target. Next, he asked me what type of gun I carried and I told him my carry gun was the Glock 19 9mm. He looked at me kind of funny and said “a 9mm, why don’t you get a manly gun like I did?” I had a nice laugh, especially since this fellow asked me to give him a private shooting lesson. So why exactly do I carry a 9mm and why do I think you should too? Well, it’s not because I don’t love a .45 and the feel of my Springfield 1911 in my hand. And the fact is, if I’m ever involved in a self-defense shooting situation, I have the odd feeling my “target” is not going to be standing perfectly still like it is when I’m at the gun range. And it’s for this very reason I carry the 9mm.

30 Photos of Cute Baby Animals That Can Change Your Mood Advertisement Being cute is somewhat akin to being a little baby child with a general feel of lovability and affection towards the outlook of the body stature. Cuteness is best demonstrated through small babies who have all the key features that usually attract the eyes of all and sundry and make a person loveable yet there remains an ever so impossible burning desire to own the intangible aspects. Not only the physical appearance but all the subtle behavioral attributes such as a bit of curiosity, pampered but measured arrogance and all other childlike features comprise the cuteness. The Fastest Way to Change Something About Yourself Do you have some personality trait, quirk or habit that you would like to change but have yet to succeed? Well I know the easiest and fastest way to change anything about yourself. That sounds way too good to be true, but I guess you’ll have to keep reading if you want to know for sure. Step 1: Decide what you want to change Examples include confidence-level, speech impediments, ability to converse with the opposite sex and other sources of insecurity. Step 2: Lie to yourself I know this sounds stupid at first, but hear me out. If you are very shy, then tell yourself that you are considered by most to be “the life of the party” and that you love addressing entire groups of people. Step 3: Imagine the change in yourself Create a minute-long movie in your head of yourself after the change has been made. It’s almost like you’re planting a false memory in your head. Step 4: Become a method actor You need to emulate the person you want to be as if you already are him/her. Step 5: Believe

The 7 Habits of Highly Incompetent People By Michael Lee Number 1 - They Think, Say, & Do Negative Things. Yup. They see problems in every opportunity. They complain that the sun is too hot. They think that everyone is against them. Every little bit of difficulty is exaggerated to the point of tragedy. They never seem to move forward because they're always afraid to come out of their comfort zones. Number 2 - They Act Before They Think. They move based on instinct or impulse. Then they see something better. Then they spend & spend again until nothing's left. They don't think about the consequences. Number 3 - They Talk Much More Than They Listen They want to be the star of the show. Oftentimes they are not aware that what they're saying is not sensible anymore. When other people advise them, they close their ears because they're too proud to admit their mistakes. In their mind they're always correct. Number 4 - They Give Up Easily Successful people treat failures as stepping stones to success. Then they go & search for a new one.

Frog Photos "I'd kiss a frog even if there was no promise of a Prince Charming popping out of it. I love frogs." ~ Cameron Diaz Funny Frogs by Sean Crane Viewpoint: Saudi women should not drive 3 October 2011Last updated at 03:51 ET Driving remains a banned activity for Saudi women, who will soon be allowed to vote Saudi leader King Abdullah overturned a court decision this week that sentenced a woman to 10 lashes for driving a car in violation of the ban on female drivers in the kingdom. Over recent months scores of women have driven around major Saudi Arabian cities in a highly unusual show of civil disobedience. The vast majority of women do not drive in the kingdom and there remains much opposition to female drivers. A 25-year-old Saudi man, Nawwaf, told BBC Radio 4's World at One programme why he does not want to see women driving in Saudi Arabia. "I think women driving is the key to a lot of things. "If you start now to let women drive, let them go wherever they want, let them do whatever they want, we will be in the same position some day. "It's not good for some girl to show her body, wear very short skirts. "Now it's driving [women want]. "It's not only about driving.

The 80/20 Guide to Finding a Job You Love Did you ever listen to that radio show Loveline? Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew would be fielding questions from teenagers about their sex lives, and invariably there would be some 16-year-old girl who would call up with her question: “Uh…hi…my boyfriend is unemployed, bald, fat, and 24 years older than me. Cue 1 million people simultaneously screaming “LEAVE HIM!!!” But to her, her question is unique. Now, when I go on TV, 90% of the time, I get the same 7 questions: “I’m in debt. But to them, their questions are unique. And two days ago, when I asked for your questions on finding a dream job, I got back hundreds of comments. But you’ll also notice that most of them were HIGHLY UNSPECIFIC. One of my goals is to show you how to ask the right questions. I have a presentation I put together called the “80/20 Guide to Finding a Job You Love.” You’ll find an hour of material you won’t find anywhere else, including: When it comes to finding a dream job, most of us ask all the wrong questions.

The Sand Cat – Desert Cat Extraordinaire Don’t be fooled by the off the scale cuteness quotient. This is the Sand Cat – or Felis margarita, a little known species of desert cat. In the wild it lives in areas that are too hot and dry for any other cat- the deserts of Africa and Asia, including the Sahara. It also lives in the Arabian desert and those of Iran and Pakistan, yet despite being so widespread it was not described by a European until 1858. He named it Felis margarita after Jean August Margueritte. To an extent the sand cat could be mistaken for a domestic cat but there are differences, noticeably the very broad head. Likewise with their height – they usually grow to about six centimeters taller than the domestic cat. One difference from the cats that we know which is difficult to see in these pictures is the fur that the cats have between their toes. The hollow structure that encloses part of their middle and inner ear, their auditory bullae, are also larger than those of the domestic cat.

How to become world-class at finding your dream job So I was sitting there on the floor of my dorm room, listening to the recruiter tell me about the salary they wanted to pay me, and I started cracking up. In college, when I first started seriously looking for jobs, I decided to become world-class at finding my dream job. I wanted to be able to reliably secure the best internships and jobs (even un-advertised ones), including mastering interviewing, salary negotiation, and most importantly, deciding what I wanted to do with my life. Since I’m a weirdo and I tend to go overboard with certain things, I ended up having a series of hilarious experiences in the job hunt. One company I was talking to, a very large software company, extended me a job offer for their RDP, aka their Rotational Development Program, which was for people they identified as having high potential. Then she added something about their “ranking” system. Once she hung up the phone, the first thing that went through my head was, “I WILL GET THAT 5!!!” See you Wednesday.
