First of all, I want to thank everybody who replied to my previous entry about ACV, aspirin masks and scalp problems! I took all of your scalp suggestions into consideration and I'm hoping that I'll be flake free soon in the future. :D -----------------------------------ACV TonerI fine-tuned and completed my ACV toner recipe and it is AWESOME. I honestly never thought I would ever find a toner that actually did anything except wet my face and infuse it with lovely engineered chemicals, so I pretty much forgot about them until I ran accross ACV fanatics at the acne.org red marks forum. Anyway, here's my recipe:3 to 4 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar4 to 5 ounces of boiled water4 Green Tea bags1 Chamomile Tea bagJojoba oil (optional) & Tea Tree oil (optional)5-7 finely crushed plain aspirin pills Steep the tea bags in the water and let it sit there for at least 30 minutes. When the water is cool, be sure to squeeze out all of the trapped tea liquid from the bags before you throw them away!

7 Things I Wish I Knew When I Started Running Hindsight is 20/20. As I look back on nearly 13 years of competitive racing, I want to change a lot of my past training. I made a lot of mistakes – small decisions that resulted in an injury, a poor race, or missing half a year of running. Many of my injuries can be attributed to impatience and a feeling of invincibility. I refused to reduce a training run by a few miles and I skipped the strength exercises. My carelessness showed with my constant battle with injuries. No longer. I want you to learn from my mistakes so you can be the best runner possible. Success in Distance Running Takes Time A lot of time. One of my previous problems is that I jumped from 40 miles per week to 70 in three months. Runners Don’t Just Run I used to think I only needed running to be fast. Being athletically well-rounded and coordinated helps you prevent injuries and run more efficiently, which corresponds to long-term consistent training. Ephedra Pills | Buy Ephedra Diet Pills | Lipodrene with Ephedra Study: Hiking Makes You Happier British and American scientists have published new research showing that group nature walks help us combat stress while boosting mental well-being. Researchers from the University of Michigan and Edge Hill University in England evaluated 1,991 participants in England’s Walking for Health program, which hosts nearly 3,000 walks per week for more than 70,000 regular participants. They found that the nature walks were associated with significantly less depression in addition to mitigating the negative effects of stressful life events and perceived stress. The findings were published in the September issue of Ecopsychology. Sara Warber, associate professor of family medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School and senior author of the study, said that the large sample was a defining factor. “We observed behaviors of a large group, in which some chose to walk and some chose not to, instead of us telling them what to do,” she said.
