We’ve been on the journey of Creative Cloud for over three years now, providing tools and services that transform how creatives work across desktops and devices. While there is a lot more to be done to help our customers succeed in an increasingly multi-screen world, I feel proud of how far we have come in bringing our initial vision to life. Monday星期一活力滿點 迎接新的一週 牛肉吐司披薩把白吐司當作披薩皮,加上現成的咖哩炒醬來炒牛肉,簡單方便又有可口,能讓平凡的白吐司變得很不一樣,充滿異國風味又營養滿點的早餐。 材料:白吐司2片、牛肉50g、洋蔥1/4顆、咖哩炒醬10g、乳酪絲30g、青椒1/4顆1.白吐司去邊,洋蔥、青椒、牛肉切絲備用。 Tuesday星期二簡單電鍋菜 美味又營養 牛肉蔬菜鹹粥週一用剩的牛肉絲,趁新鮮煮成鹹粥換換口味也不錯。 材料:白米100g、牛肉絲100g、洋蔥3/4顆、胡蘿蔔1/4根、嫩薑5g、白胡椒適量、鹽適量、鴻喜菇半包、芹菜10g1.白米洗淨、洋蔥切絲、胡蘿蔔切絲、嫩薑切絲、芹菜切珠,備用。 Wednesday星期三蔬菜加堅果 清爽又高纖 大陸妹沙拉 + 鮮穀王西式早餐中常常會有沙拉,不妨善用便宜又好吃的大陸妺拿來作沙拉,絕對會讓你有意想不到的驚喜。 材料:大陸妹1顆、黃甜椒1/4顆、紅甜椒1/4顆、牛番茄1/4顆、沙拉醬適量、吐司1/3片、吐司火腿1/4片、鮮穀王1包1.把大陸妺、甜椒、牛番茄分別洗淨,再將大陸妺用手撕開放在盤中。 Thursday星期四加料蛋餅 滿足感百分百 絲瓜蛋餅 + 無糖高纖豆漿絲瓜是夏季盛產的便宜蔬菜,除了炒蛤蜊之外,拿來做煎餅有另一種不一樣的口感! 材料:絲瓜1/4條、魚露3㏄、蛋2個、蔥1根、蛋餅皮1片、甜辣椒醬適量1.把絲瓜去皮,去籽後,切成2公分長的細絲,加少許鹽抓一抓,讓它軟化及去除多餘水份,然後洗去鹽分,擠乾備用。 Friday星期五可口酥香餅乾 輕鬆帶著走 早餐脆片堅果酥餅+歐蕾早餐脆片是很多家庭都會準備的早餐,但是通常只會拿來沖泡牛奶,你知道嗎? 材料:玉米脆片1杯、葡萄乾適量、中筋麵粉300g、無鹽奶油250g、小蘇打粉2/4茶匙、二砂糖60g、蛋1個、鮮奶50ml1.把麵粉和小蘇打粉混合過篩。 Saturday星期六週末早餐吃飽飽 元氣十足出遊去 紅燒鰻烤飯糰飯糰是很有飽足感的食物,而且製作簡單又能吃出米香,可以把喜歡吃的食材都包在裡面,方便極了! 材料:紅燒鰻罐頭1罐、長糯米300g、白芝麻適量1.長糯米洗淨後,浸泡在水中約1小時,然後瀝乾水分,倒在放了棉布的蒸籠裡舖平,大火蒸約40分鐘,待糯米變軟,即可。
