Aube Nature, le blog photo nature Le cerf : un mammifère emblématique, et qui depuis des lustres, déchaîne les passions au sein de la communauté des naturalistes et des photographes… Ce n’est pas pour autant un animal auquel je voue un culte sans limite, je le considère pour ma part comme l’égal, s’il en est, du chevreuil ou du sanglier, même si j’ai souvent pris du plaisir à le photographier. Quand Philippe Moës et Gérard Jadoul ont annoncé la sortie de leur livre, je me doutais bien, connaissant les Personnages (de réputation pour ce qui est de Gérard Jadoul, très connu dans les milieux naturalistes, puisqu’il est intervenu ici même dans l’Aube au coeur du Parc Naturel de la Forêt d’Orient) que l’objet en question serait un petit bijou… Je l’avoue, j’ai mis très longtemps à me décider à écrire cette « critique », et c’est à de très nombreuses reprises que je suis revenu dans ce livre, dont aujourd’hui je connais (presque) tous les « acteurs »

Mais alors, pourquoi ?Oui, si je résume vos mails, c’est une grosse déception qui s’est emparée de la profession et cette déception vous est incompréhensible. Enfin incompréhensible pour certains, pas pour tous.- « Que Sarkozy, grand ami des Américains, favorise Google, Getty, Fotolia et autres microstocks, c’est logique, même s’il trahit les photographes français.Que le Parti Socialiste ne fasse rien pour empêcher ces prédateurs d’enfreindre la loi c’est quand même incroyable »Ii n’y a donc aucune différence entre Sarkozy et Hollande »?La voilà la bonne question de Luc. La question qui va au fond des choses et qui permet de comprendre « POURQUOI ».Eh bien non, selon moi il n’y a pas aujourd’hui, de différence fondamentale entre Sarkozy et Hollande.Les deux, et leur parti avec, s’accommodent sans problème du système capitaliste. Spotlight on Brian Clark | The Image, Deconstructed I was assigned to shoot video and stills for the homecoming of the Oak Hill on Little Creek Amphibious Base in Virginia Beach. It wasn’t a particularly significant homecoming; the crew had only been away for 90 days. In fact, there was another homecoming in our area for sailors who had been through two different deployments in Iraq. What sparked our interest was that the news release said there would be a surprise that we wouldn't want to miss. The director of photography, Randy Greenwell, asked if I would do both stills and video, which I've done before, but on this day I had a new video camera I'd never used before, not to mention I was a suffering from a mild case of the flu. You're primarily a videographer for The Virginian-Pilot, but you also do stills. In a situation where you're trying to shoot both stills and video, you have to predict when you're going to put down your video camera and when you're going to pick up your still camera and visa versa. Ok, now on to the moment.
Canon 1DX vs Nikon D4: Image Quality When Nikon came out with the D3 and later the D3s, Canon lost its supremacy at high ISO. I was curios to test the 1DX vs the new Nikon D4 to see if Canon has brought back the title of high ISO king! The Nikon D4 is a relatively conservative update of the D3s; it offers a bit more resolution, 1 FPS faster continuous shooting, much better video and other improvements. Low sensitivities: from ISO 100 to ISO 3200 Up to ISO 800 you may have the impression that you are always looking to the same crops. High Sensitivities: from ISO 6400 to 204800 Up to ISO 12800, both cameras are fully usable in every situation, even for large prints. Night photos The previous test has been done few minutes after sunset with a relatively bright scene; we have repeated the test during the night to see if there were differences.
