60 Second Chocolate Chip Cookie A la Mode I had so much fun developing this recipe. Talk about kinda dangerous though. This baby is baked in 60 seconds, no lie!! You know those fabulous pizzookie’s you order at certain restaurants? In any case, Enjoy my friends!! Start by creaming your butter and sugars right in your ramekin. Just like so, light and fluffy. You’ll add a couple tablespoons of beaten egg next. A splash of vanilla please. Give another good stir of the spoon until combined. Once combined, add your dry ingredients right to the ramekin. Flour, salt and baking soda all set! Give a few stirs then…. Time for some fabulous chips! Oh yah! Top with a lovely scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with my homemade magic shell! Mmmmm. To share or not to share? 60 Second Chocolate Chip Cookie A la Mode Ingredients Directions Place butter and sugars into a 2-cup ramekin, beat with spoon until well combined. Makes 1 large serving, perfect for sharing Other recipes you may enjoy...

Brown Butter Double Fudge Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookies Little bit of a mouthful there. But it’s like a cookie on top of another cookie! Yeah. Like total dirty cookie on cookie action. Except these ones down below wanted to try a few different positions. I dunno… they’re all mixed up. In order to solve a common I-want-a-chocolate-CHOCOLATE-cookie-but-he-wants-a-plain-chocolate chip-cookie dilemma that happens like, every single weekend here… I made both. Some of them smashed up against each other while others sat on top of each other but in the end, they all tasted… fantabulous. And then they tasted extra delicious after I spent two hours cleaning out the contents of our bar (take that as you will), after he spent three hours organizing the pantry (that was weird) and after we both needed to severely eat our emotions immediately post-Boardwalk Empire finale. WHAT was that. ??????? Why??? Then I tried to dunk a cookie in milk and failed. I need cookie dunking lessons, a redo on season 2 (thanks HBO), and a salad. [from giant rainbow cookies]

Death By Oreo Cupcakes They are probably the best Oreo cakes I have ever tried. A lot of cake's that I have experimented with before are like a vanilla cake with bits of Oreo in them, which didn't really give them enough Oreo flavor. But these were a lot better. I used a dark chocolate fudge cake mix instead of just a regular chocolate cake mix, which went really well with the cookies and gave the cakes just a little more flavor. So, in this recipe there is Oreo's in the cake, in the frosting, and at the bottom is a Oreo surprise. Ingredients 1 package Oreo Cookies, regular size 1 package Mini Oreo Cookies, for decoration (optional) 1 package chocolate cake mix (mix according to directions on box) 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), room temperature 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract cupcake liners Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and cream cheese.

Caramel Brownie Cheesecake This is a monkeyhead concoction so please don’t be disappointed with me that it’s not 100% homemade. Sometimes as a mom you have to go with your childrens ideas in order to lift their creative wings. Monkey One loves cheesecake and caramel, Monkey Two has a passion for brownies you put the two of these knuckleheads together and look at what they come up with… Caramel Brownie Cheesecake. You gotta love the way these boys think. To see their vision come to fruition we used one of our favorite brownie mixes, a no bake white chocolate cheesecake recipe from Williams-Sonoma and we tried Jamie’s homemade caramel recipe from My Baking Addiction. My girl has it going on in the kitchen y’all, get ready to drool. M2 loves his brownie mix above because while I’m at work he can whip up a batch with my surfer and feel like he has stepped out of his sous chef role into the postion of head honcho. While the boys made the brownie mix I lined a springform pan with parchment paper. Voila! Hugs & Kisses,

Nutella Lava Cookie Cups » Table for Two Writing a blog post while watching the Oscars Red Carpet is really distracting and pretty counterproductive. I’m staring at unbelievable fashion with these gorgeous celebrities and I doubt they ate anything all day, let alone any dessert. If we played the Oscars Red Carpet game right now: “oh hello! who are you wearing?” Okay, so these cookie cups stirred up a flurry of conversation on my Facebook page when I posted a pic after I made them last month. What’s funny is, I made these the week I was doing a clean diet. I loved these cookie cups. Oreo Cookies Made From Scratch – Just Like the Ones From the Box, Only Better Oreo cookies seem to be pervasive in this country. Oreo cookies showed up at every party while I was growing up, and they are still used in countless desserts. My personal favorite is Oreo cheesecake (not to slight my Oreo cupcakes). Oreo cheesecake was in the dessert cycle in our cafeteria on Semester at Sea and I just couldn’t resist it! I’ve always liked the Oreo, but since I could read and understand product labels, I’ve never been a fan of their ingredients. For this month’s Taste & Create, I was again paired with Heaven is Chocolate, Cheese, and Carbs. How Were the Homemade Oreo Cookies? The homemade Oreo cookies were just like the ones from the store – they even had that same, familiar smell. The Oreo Cookie Recipe Clearly, this recipe is a slut.
