Nivea Crashes Car With Baby Inside Singer Nivea is the latest celebrity to land themselves in jail for a DUI after crashing her vehicle with a small baby inside. According to BOSSIP, the singer became intoxicated at the wedding reception for Toya Carter and BET host MempHitz. Both Toya and Nivea are the mothers of two of Lil Wayne's children and were joined at the ceremony by Lauren London, also a baby mother of Lil Wayne. Nivea (Front Right), Rapper Rasheeda, Singer Monica, Toya Carter, Kandi, Lauren London A source tells BOSSIP that after the reception, she crashed her cream BMW X6 into a tree around Marietta Street and Bolton Road. Nivea Hamilton Nash, who also happens to be the ex-wife of the Dream, reportedly got very belligerent with an arresting officer and told him, “Beyotch I could buy your job hoe!” The baby was not injured.

The two multimillionaire entertainers were seen conversing and laughing on set, and we're assuming they were plotting a way to make even more millions than they already have. According to Daily Mail: During filming Will also received a visit on set from rapper Jay-Z.The chart-topper - real name Shawn Carter - was spotted laughing and joking with the star as they filmed scenes for the blockbuster in New York's Battery Park.Will recently announced that Jay-Z is teaming up with his production company Overbrook Entertainment to develop and produce films.It is rumored that the pair will work together on a revamped version of the Broadway hit "Annie," with Willow Smith in the title role. Man Claims Shaq Set Up Kidnapping In Court Robert Ross, the man who claimed he was beaten and kidnapped because he allegedly possessed of tape of Shaquille O'Neal having extramarital sex, testified about the encounter in court on Monday. According to court transcripts released over the weekend, Ross testified that he once owned a tape of the retired NBA all-star having sex with another woman, but it had been recorded over by the time he was taken for a ride by seven Main Street Crips in 2008. As previously reported, Ross claims he was beaten, robbed and kidnapped by armed gang members whom he says were sent by Shaq and his business partner Mark Stevens to retrieve the tape. In court Ross claimed that he did once was in possession of a Shaq sex tape, taken by surveillance cameras in his home. "He was at my house with some girl and it was on tape," Ross said."

Rush Card Under Investigation Subpoenas have been issued to Russell Simmons' Rush Card and four other prepaid card companies by the Florida Attorney General's office who is investigating whether the card companies are forcing their users into paying hidden fees on every purchase. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi through the Economic Crimes Division, is looking into whether these banking companies, duped their card owners by promising to help raise their credit score. First Data Corporation, Green Dot Corporation, Account Now, Inc., Netspend Corporation, Unirush Financial Services, LLC were also named in the subpoena. Since the court order was issued, reps for the Rush Card have released a statement which reads: “RushCard is the solution for people who want affordable financial services that they can customize to suit their needs.
