This is the way to set blessings normally. In the Blessings Manager, you can set "templates" - If I had to describe this in my own words, it is simply a priority system for blessings. Once you have set up your priority system, you can go back to the regular blessings manager, and click Generate to make a blessing assignment. You can then use the scroll wheel to auto-buff people.
