Formado pela prestigiosa Ailey School e com passagens profissionais pelas companhias Ailey II, Limón Dance Company, Elisa Monte Dance Company entre outras, Bradley compartilhará seus conhecimentos nas Técnicas de Lester Horton e José Limón, que leciona em escolas e companhias ao redor do mundo. As oficinas serão oferecidas em níveis inciante e intermediário/avançado. Inaugurado em novembro de 2001, o centro cultural ocupa uma área total de 7.500m2. Para exposições conta com sete salas distribuídas em dois grandes pisos, um dos quais abriga ainda o setor educativo, com quatro ateliês, espaço para seminários, área de documentação e um Grande Hall, onde estão instalados o restaurante Santinho, a livraria Gaudi e a loja de objetos IT. O Instituto Tomie Ohtake está instalado em um complexo empresarial privado construído pelo Grupo Aché que reflete uma concepção contemporânea de cidade, onde cultura trabalho e lazer estão integrados.
