Jen Mann’s Return Today, we revisit artist Jen Mann since her last two previous features back in September 2011 and May 2010. Mann is currently based out of Ontario, Canada where she continues to produce oil on canvas paintings. Minjae Lee - Colorful Illustrations Minjae Lee is a young South Korean artist whose work is filled with powerful colors, aggressive scenes and a clever blend of beauty, innocence and fragility. At just 22 years old, he’s a self-taught artist, that uses old-fashioned tools, such as markers, pens, crayons, acrylics, to create his illustrations. Working on paper canvases several meters in size, the Japanese artist spends up to two years on a single one of his masterpieces, never knowing what they are going to look like until they are finished. Manabu Ikeda begins work on his monumental artworks by sketching some images in his sketchbook as they pop into his head. He is always thinking about his art and sometimes sees images when he is doing the most mundane things, like having dinner with his friends. Through his Sketchy Stories blog, Rosanes shares his wonderful world of doodling in a simple Moleskine sketchbook.
