Live Model Books Pose Tool A Pose is usually a collection of photos of a model in one position. For example, a nude model standing in the contrapposto position or the T-pose will be photographed from 24 different angles (once every 15-degrees as the model is rotated). Those 24 art reference photos are collected into one "Pose." When the project first started, we imagined our customers as sculptors. They would be looking for anatomy reference photos and also traditional male and female nude artist's model photos but they would need to see all around the figure to create a complete sculpture. It turned out people who draw, sketch, paint, design characters, draw comics, etc., all found that the multiple angles gave them a large amount of freedom to choose which view they like best.
Human Body Maps | 3D Models of the Human Anatomy Different organs can work together to perform a common function, like how the parts of your digestive system break down food. We refer to an integrated unit as an organ system. Groups of organ systems work together to make complete, functional organisms, like us! The circulatory system is a body-wide network of blood, blood vessels, and lymph. Learn more about these body parts in the circulatory system: Every tissue within the body requires oxygen to function. Learn more about these body parts in the respiratory system: The skeletal system gives the body its basic framework, providing structure, protection, and movement. The muscular system is comprised of the sum total of muscles throughout the body that move the skeleton, maintain posture through steady contraction, and generate heat through cell metabolism. The nervous system allows us to perceive, comprehend, and respond to the world around us. Learn more about these body parts in the nervous system:

This week's Playful Preschool theme is life cycles. She painted an egg carton section green for the body of our tadpole turned frog. I cut a tail from craft foam. First she has only a tail as a tadpole. Our favorite part of this egg carton frog craft is that E could add the legs and shorten the tail of the frog. Finally the adult frog has four legs and no tail. Craft Project Ideas sends us complimentary craft supplies. Tree of Life Web Project The Tree of Life Web Project (ToL) is a collaborative effort of biologists and nature enthusiasts from around the world. On more than 10,000 World Wide Web pages, the project provides information about biodiversity, the characteristics of different groups of organisms, and their evolutionary history (phylogeny). Each page contains information about a particular group, e.g., salamanders, segmented worms, phlox flowers, tyrannosaurs, euglenids, Heliconius butterflies, club fungi, or the vampire squid. ToL pages are linked one to another hierarchically, in the form of the evolutionary tree of life. Starting with the root of all Life on Earth and moving out along diverging branches to individual species, the structure of the ToL project thus illustrates the genetic connections between all living things.
