L'ensemble des espaces verts paysagers de la faculté couvre plus de deux hectares avec de nombreuses haies champêtres, une vaste pelouse, des zones à l'anglaise autour des bâtiments et trois zones spécialement dévolues aux collections vivantes comportant près d'un millier d'espèces végétales : Type : A l'Anglaise, Arboretum, Botanique, Champêtre

Au programme cette année, deux nouvelles visites proposées : - "Noct' en Nat" : Partez à la découverte de la faune nocturne du campus de manière originale, grâce à des approches scientifiques et artistiques très diversifiées : observations de nuit mais aussi musique, danse et sculpture... - "Découverte du parc et de la serre botanique" : une nouvelle visite vous fera découvrir la richesse du parc mais vous ouvrira également les portes de la serre botanique : plantes résistantes à la sécheresse, plantes tropicales et explorateurs botanistes seront au rendez vous ! History of the Convention The Earth's biological resources are vital to humanity's economic and social development. As a result, there is a growing recognition that biological diversity is a global asset of tremendous value to present and future generations. At the same time, the threat to species and ecosystems has never been so great as it is today. Species extinction caused by human activities continues at an alarming rate. In response, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) convened the Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts on Biological Diversity in November 1988 to explore the need for an. international convention on biological diversity. Soon after, in May 1989, it established the Ad Hoc Working Group of Technical and Legal Experts to prepare an international legal instrument for the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity.
