According to the Mac forums the keys on these things can be removed individually, also proven here: Fine, so I take it into a repair center and ask them to do it for me (which they told me via email they'd be able to do) and when I get there they tell me I'm going to have to replace the whole keyboard and thus the 'topcase'. So I essentially say, 'Go five yourself' and leave. The affected keys are the delete/backpsace, volume down, mute, back slash and right arrow.
