For more than 30 years, Project STEP, based just beneath the Symphony Hall stage in Boston, has been trying to change that. Now its mentoring program for young musicians is even getting attention from the White House. Jared Bowen of PBS station WGBH in Boston has the story. JARED BOWEN: They have all the bearings of the classically trained and the classically gifted, years of study at play, despite their few years. MARY JAFFEE, Executive Director, Project STEP: Some kids are born with a musicality that really shows through at age 5. MAN: One, two, three, four. JARED BOWEN: Mary Jaffee is the executive director of Project STEP, a Boston organization that teases talent out of kids who might otherwise find it squandered. MARY JAFFEE: There are so few — in fact, virtually — almost no African-American and Latino musicians in orchestras and in audiences.

Alors, quelles applications choisir ? 1. 2. C’est la première heure. 2. 3.Cours 3.

Quizalize 2016 may yet be the first ‘Instagram election’ Jeb Bush as seen with the Amaro filter. (Susan Walsh/AP) Jeb Bush announced Right To Rise, his Super PAC, Tuesday with two videos. One was in English, one was in Spanish, and they appear to be filmed on a smartphone vertically as Bush walked down a sidewalk. It may not have been the most polished rollout — for one, everyone knows you're not supposed to film vertically on your smartphone — but it's the type of amateur video you're used to seeing while scrolling through Instagram, which is exactly where Bush posted them.(Also, that he filmed vertically seemed to have less to do with him being unaware of the faux pas than it did with the video being made for Instagram, where video is cropped into a square. It's the latest in Bush's string of direct-to-social-network announcements. This isn't new, of course. Bush's foray into Instagram is the 2016 campaign version of this idea. Jeb Bush's Instagram page (via Instagram) Instagram may yet be one of 2016's emerging campaign battlefields.
