Food Combining Rules 4.1 Acid-Starch Combinations and Protein-Carbohydrate Combinations The preceding discussion leads up to the presentation of the first two food combining rules, which I consider to be by far the most important of all these rules and the ones which should be thoroughly understood and implemented at all possible times.
