I admire those who can do yoga and want to start yoga-ing. but everytime i do yoga, i always feel discouraged when i cant do a pose. any motivation and tips for beginner? :) and when i try to do headstand, my butt just wont lift and stay on the wall :( any proper ways to do it? You know what I love about yoga? It’s not that handstands, or the armbalances, or the cool bendy poses. Those things are all fun, but its not what I enjoy the most. When it comes to headstands, if you are new you may want to start with dolphin pose.
