Two in a bush. Art Tools of Jorge Royan. By some stroke of luck, I got to see some of Jorge Royan's sketches on facebook and knew I had to interview him for the Art Tools and Gears series. He's an architect, photographer and sketcher from Argentina. Man of many talents. His sketches have a strong architectural rendering style with the form mixed with details and nice composition. Qn: Let's talk about your pens first since I notice that most of the sketches you have on your blog are ink and watercolour sketches. I've tried a couple pens. Sample of LAMY nibs available in the market I have quite a few: M (Medium) F (Fine) and EF (Extrafine). I don't use M and F anymore, and neither the two broader calligraphic 1.5 and 1.9.
Now how do I choose among these three (EF, B and Calligraphic 1,1)? The B is is the one I use less. On watercolor paper I use Noodler's black bulletproof ink. Estos días azules: WebCam de nidos de aves. Estos días azules os presenta una serie de enlaces que os conducen a nidos de aves en estricto directo. Estos enlaces son temporales porque cuando acaban las nidificaciones los naturalistas y responsables de los proyectos "apagan" la webcam hasta otro año. Al igual sucede si por diversas razones y acontecimientos la nidificación no llega a su fin y fracasa (cambio de plataforma-nido, muerte de pollos, no eclosionan los huevos...).
La verdad que esta idea del "Gran hermano de las aves" me gusta. Los naturalistas y científicos tomarán muchas notas al respecto de estas aves en peligro de extinción. Observando a los pájaros que acuden a comer cacahuetes en El Ventorrillo, me atrevo a sacar algunas conclusiones sobre su comportamiento.
No son resultados que pudiéramos llamar científicos, pues no he cuantificado y clasificado las pautas de comportamiento ni he seguido ningún método estadístico para compararlas, pero espero que mis lectores, la mayoría naturalistas como yo, den a mis comentarios su justo valor, que no pretende llegar a revistas de impacto ni excelencia investigadora. Además, estoy seguro de que estas cosas han sido ya estudiadas por ornitólogos y existe bibliografía que no he consultado. Estas observaciones son un mero divertimento y no tienen más pretensiones. He utilizado dos tipos comederos iguales, cargados de cacahuetes y a escasos metros el uno del otro. Uno de ellos pegado al tronco de un árbol y el otro colgado de una de sus ramas. Los principales caracteres que identifican a un mamífero son la presencia de pelos y mamas, formaciones que ningún otro animal posee. Jabalí (Sus scrofa): Su aspecto es similar al del cerdo, aunque con el cuerpo cubierto de fuertes cerdas de color pardo oscuro. Ciervo rojo (Cervus elaphus): Conocido en nuestra tierra como venado, tiene un gran porte, de color castaño, con el vientre más claro y escudo anal blanco bordeado por dos líneas oscuras.
Berrea del venado: Corzo (Capreolus capreolus): Se trata de nuestro cérvido más pequeño, algo más grandes los machos que las hembras.
