Bon les filles, on va arrêter de pleurer 5 minutes... Y'a pas que Megaupload dans la vie :-) Pour nous échanger des fichiers (non piratés ça va de soi ^^), il nous reste des tas de solutions à disposition. Voici donc une petite review (bien opportuniste, je l'avoue ^^) des remplaçants Megaupload . Les clones de Megaupload Megaupload étant maintenant disparu, vous êtes nombreux à m'avoir écrit pour me dire : " Je suis perduuuuuuuu ". Bon, il existe vraiment des tas de sites qui font exactement la même chose que Megaupload.

Learning needs analysis tends to be seen as a bit of a dark art, and the truth is that there is no standard way of conducting one since it often depends on a range of factors. What experienced L&D/OD practitioners tend to do is rely on a great deal of tacit knowledge to come up with the right approach.
