National Novel Writing Month. How to Fold an Origami Box with a Lid Video. [Background Music Playing] See more at foldsomething.com“Coastline” – composed and performed by Kashan Shaikh Here actually how to making origami box. You are going to need two square sheet of paper. I will be using 12” x 12” scrapbook paper to make a nice big box. [Demo] We will start by folding in half. And unfold and fold the half in toward the middle. Unfold again and rotate the page, fold them in halves again from the other direction. Then unfold again and fold this new half in towards the middle like we did before.
When you are done your page should have 16 squares folded into it. Then fold the top quarter of the page down. Turn the sheet over and take the top corner and fold them down toward the middle. You should have square diamond shape in the middle of the sheet. Next fold the bottom corners up towards the middle. This will cover up the square down in shape. Now, lift up one of the flat we just created and push the corner in and down under that flat. We will repeat this on the other side. - g a t h - Not so much a recipe… More of a “why have I not been doing this for years?” Post. Remember back when I made caramel sauce? For some strange reason, I haven’t made it since then. I know, right!? The other day, I decided to make caramel sauce. I had no idea what I was going to use it for, but it sounded lovely. I’d also been pouring the leftover coffee into an ice tray and freezing it in the off hand chance I’d have time to make iced coffee.
See where I’m going? I didn’t have time to cold brew, so I made coffee in the french press, poured it into a pitcher, and let it rest in an ice bath. Once it was chilled, I took the caramel sauce and drizzled it in some glasses. Totally fancy, I know. Then I added the coffee cubes, my favorite creamer, then the coffee. Lovely. For this batch, I didn’t let the coffee cool enough, so the caramel drizzles disappeared when I poured the coffee in. So, now that I have the power of delicious iced coffee, you’ll find me out in my back yard, chillin’ with a book and sippin’ on love. B U B O L E.
