Sykli perustuu “Technology learning cycle” -nimiseen kuvioon, jonka avulla voidaan kuvata minkä tahansa uuden teknologian käyttöönoton vaiheita.
Sykliä voi käyttää reflektoinnin apuvälineenä kun halutaan miettiä, missä vaiheessa prosessia tällä hetkellä ollaan.
