Ever since beginning training for my full marathon, I have found myself turning more and more to short weight workouts. Although the workouts are shorter than normal, that doesn’t make them any less effective. I have had quite a bit of fun experimenting with new workouts…and getting nice and sweaty (and sore!)

I decided to look through my archives and just got a ton of motivation to try and be healthy and active again! i loved looking at all my weigh in wednesdays and seeing the weight go down slowly.. Now that i’m actually at my goal weight i definitely want to tone it up. Since tomorrow is a Monday and the first of the month i am determined to have that hot bod for halloween ;) Posted 6 months ago I’ve been super off track lately because it hasn’t set in that summer is over and schools back in..and lately i haven’t been hungry for breakfast because nothing sounds appealing.
