The European Scientific Network « European Ultra Relativistic Energies Agreement (GDRE EUREA) » between CNRS and Technological University of Warsaw (Poland), the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research of Doubna, the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics of Moscow (Russia) and the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, created on the 1st of January 2005, was renewed until the 31st of December 2012. The purpose of GDRE EUREA is to study theoretically and experimentally the matter issued from heavy ion collisions as well as ultra-relativistic energies, whose properties are similar to those of the primordial matter of the universe a few microseconds after the Big Bang.
