Only an ESL teacher knows what an ESL teacher needs!
That’s why I’ve decided to create my own binder — because I needed all my documents and calendars in one place and everything I could find online wasn’t ESL oriented. There are plenty of great teaching binders to buy and download out there, but most of them were designed by and for primary teachers in the States. This time we have our own binder — the one made for an ESL teacher only :) It’s got everything a good English teacher needs to stay organized: student sheets, attendance list, grading system with Reading, Speaking, Writing, Listening and Grammar section, clear lesson plan template, seminar notes, teacher development planner, three-term planner and much more!
