Vitamins Nutrient depletion or shortage may arise from inadequate food intake, impaired digestion, inefficient absorption or malabsorption, inefficient assimilation and other physiologic or functional disorders. Genetic errors may interfere with or prohibit assimilation and utilization. Gastrointestinal motility disorders may have similar effects. Stress may affect both gastrointestinal tract transit times and quantities or ratios of nutrient needs, leading to depleted nutrients. Americans now spend $2.5 billion yearly on vitamins and minerals, up from $328 million 25 years ago.
Mercury, in its various forms, has a great affinity for certain minerals, as well as protein and non-protein molecules in the body. Mercurials have a great attraction to the sulfhydryls or thiols . The mercury atom or molecule will tend to bind with any molecule present that has sulfur or a sulfur-hydrogen combination in its structure. This process of combining with a metal to form a complex in which the metallic ion is sequestered and firmly bound is called chelation .
Root canals are a part of dentistry called endodontics , which is concerned with the pathology of dental pulp and the area surrounding the root. A root canal is a procedure to allow a tooth that is painful or no longer viable because of nerve damage or death to remain in the mouth. Most dentists consider root canals an advance in dentistry--superior alternative to removal of a seriously compromised tooth. However a growing number of physicians, including dentists, believe that root canals can be the cause of, or at least contribute to, a long list of illnesses and degenerative diseases. A "root canal" allows a patient to keep a dead tooth in his or her mouth. The fallacy with this concept is that the body doesn't like dead things in it and will try, sometimes desperately, to get rid of the dead thing.
"How is it that mercury is not safe for food additives and Over the Counter drug products, but it is safe in our vaccines and dental amalgams?"--Represenative Dan Burton (R-IN) "The evidence tells me very succinctly that there is a chronic low-dose exposure to a toxic heavy metal that 80-85 per cent of the industrialised world have implanted in their teeth, and it's a situation of timed-release poisoning."
...if they have as few as 4 amalgam fillings present in their mouth, the average person's saliva is so high in mercury they cannot legally spit into the toilet. Their saliva exceeds the EPA maximum legal municipal discharge standard for mercury..--David Kennedy D.D.S. The following link is to a video clip from the I.A.O.M.T., created by Dr. David Kennedy, showing mercury vapor coming off of an amalgam-filled tooth under various conditions. This allows you to see a normally invisible condition that most people have continually in their mouths.
When people claim they have 'symptoms of ...' but don't list the symtoms, no rational answer can be given by anyone. The most common source of heavy metal toxicity is from dental amalgam fillings and other metal dental appliances. In 1989, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) declared that amalgams are a hazardous substance under the Superfund law. Scrap dental amalgam was declared a hazardous waste in 1988 by the EPA. Outside of your mouth it has to be: 1. Stored in unbreakable, tightly sealed containers away from heat. 2. It is not to be touched. 3.
Thread: Please read and comment on my detailed chelation plan at Amalgam Replacement Support Forum (ThreadID: 1676509)Hello All, I have been reading this forum for years, but have never taken the time to post until now. Regardless I am hoping I can get some great insight from the members of this community with my first post. I’ve had a number of symptoms for the past 5 years or so that I attribute to mercury toxicity, candida or both. I did a candida cleanse which helped with a couple of symptoms, but did not eradicate them all. I am now learning I should have probably had my 5 Amalgam fillings removed first.
Natural Detoxification The human body becomes toxic or polluted from both external (exogenous) sources and internal (endogenous) sources. The most common external pathways of toxicity are from inhalation (smoking, air pollution, dental amalgam fillings, sick buildings), ingestion (chemical residues on food, chemicals in water, drugs) injection (vaccinations, flu shots, tattoos), absorption (chemicals from synthetic fabrics, paints, plastics, pesticides and chemical fertilizers sprayed on lawns) and irradiation (medical x-rays, nuclear power plants, bomb testing, uranium mine tailings, cell phones and towers, computer monitors and televisions, microwave ovens, and power grid and radio and satellite transmissions). The internal sources of toxicity are from fermentation , putrification , and rancidity from undigested foods consumed, and from dehydration , malnutrition , and toxic thoughts and emotions .
Colon Health Material eliminated from colon cleansing. One hundred percent of American adults, if they live long enough, have herniation of the bowel. The number one cancer among men and women together is colon/rectal cancer. The colon is the sewer of your body. If it's not cleansed, the waste throughout the body can't get out.

Ah that makes sense. I didnt realize you had other symptoms like the trouble breathing. I think it's very important for everyone to really hone down on where the effect is coming from (chelation, mobilization, the actual supplement itself, etc.). I personally also agree with you that the dose of those things are too high and once a day seems hard on the body. And the combination of those things at that.
Address the Root Causes of Toxicity Detoxification Enhances Whole-Body Healing The presence of heavy metals in the body has been linked to everything from memory loss to fatigue to personality changes. Blood levels of mercury, tin, lead, arsenic, aluminum, and cadmium can be monitored using a lab test. Heavy metal detoxification is the process of ridding the body of these toxic metals through a variety of means, including nutritional supplements, herbal mixtures, intravenous injections, oral chelating agents, and safe mercury removal of dental amalgams, or fillings.
