Legendary music producer and arranger H. B. Barnum, a man who has worked with an extraordinary cross-spectrum of performers, was born Hidle Brown Barnum, Jr. on July 15, 1936 in Houston, Texas. At age four, he won a nationwide talent contest for his singing and piano playing, which launched a film and radio career that included appearances on Amos ‘n’ Andy and The Jack Benny Program.

This is the third and final (for now!) update on my experiment of using my 11" MacBook Air as my main production machine, in place of my 2008 Mac Pro. Since taking delivery of the 27" Thunderbolt display, the MacBook Air has been performing admirably as my main machine, and the experience has been surprisingly positive!
