Australian actress Gracie Otto has made her directorial debut after a chance meeting with Michael White, a British theatre and film producer with credits including the Rocky Horror Show and Monty Python. In making the documentary about his colourful life, Otto interviewed many of White's friends in high places, 65 of them in total, including Anna Wintour, Kate Moss, Naomi Watts and Yoko Ono.
Here's what she helped us to learn along the way: 1. Anna Wintour joins a string of impressive subjects interviewed for the impeccably researched documentary and tells us that White was "by far the first person who ever spoke to her of Kate Moss". 2.
