I had a verbal agreement with the shift lead/acting supervisor named Sara/Sarah upon purchasing an item. The verbal agreement was that I would most certainly be returning the next day for a second item as I had left my wallet at work (down the street) (I was on my break) we co-ordinated a time for the following day that would be convenient for both schedules and I left the store thrilled with my first purchase.
When I returned the NEXT DAY to purchase the second item (at the time we had arranged) said woman sarcastically and rudely informed me that she sold the item I had placed on hold not only was she inconsiderate but she tried to reverse the blame by claiming "if you had tried the item on I definitely would have saved it for you"... I'm not only upset with the fact that she sold it, I'm upset that a store I frequent could treat me so dis-honestly.
