Just so you know, changing Autodiscover on my SBS 2008 server to accept client certificate has made autodiscover stop working for Outlook 2007 internal/external clients because it wants to provide client certificate. I have resolved the problem by changing the other directories as mentioned, and leaving Autodiscover on ignore.
