http://www.studs-and-pearls.com/2010/08/diy-gem-and-chain-ring.html This project is (somewhat) inspired by the Harrison Ring by Dannijo, which is available at ShopZoeOnline.com for $155. I decided to make my own ring with the same general concept as the $150+ original, using sew-on faceted gems. I say "general" because the concept of my version would have been more similar to the original if my sew-on gems had more than 2 holes. However, 2 holes are the standard amount of holes in sew-on gems...so, we'll just have to work with it.
