No-Contract

Unless you choose a prepaid plan--more on that later--your carrier will ask you to sign a contract. While the contract does bind you to that carrier for two years, and you'll have to pay a fee for breaking the contract early, you will be entitled to rebates on a new phone. Before you sign anything, think carefully about how much you'll actually be using your phone, as usage time is the basis of every calling plan. In short, the more minutes you need each month, the more you pay. And if you go over your minute allotment, you'll be saddled with expensive overage fees. http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-7609_7-5537615-2.html

Sprint

Rebtel’s new app automates free international calling between Android phones. Rebtel, which bills itself as the largest mobile Internet phone company, is making international calls between 50 countries free, provided the calls are made between Android phones. The really clever part is that when you have two Android phones with the free Rebtel app, a more complex process is all automated. Normally Rebtel assigns its members a local phone number for each of the people you want to call. That means to get Rebtel’s free, or in some instances discounted, calls, you must remember to call on the special Rebtel number. With the Android app, you simply dial the person’s regular phone number, the app takes over, and automatically deals with the second number unseen by the user.
