Tutorial Tuesday: Owl Army from Moonstitches - StumbleUpon. OMG, this is the cutest Tutorial Tuesday ever…or should I call it ? Whatever we call it, I’m sure you’ll agree that this owl tutorial from MOONSTITCHES is just so adorable and that you’ll want to snap it up and hug it and squeeze it and make a million of little owls. I know I do….I want to make my own adorable stuffed owl army! Alex from MOONSTICHES put together this really well done tutorial, which was inspired from a pattern she found in a book (info on the front page of the tutorial). Since Alex does not share the pattern from the book, you can buy the book (although it’s in Japanese) or come up with your own pattern and use Alex’s tutorial as an inspiration for your own owl.

Bag of Beans. Easter has always been my favorite holiday.

Bag of Beans

In all honesty, I think it's because it involves jelly beans. So as you can imagine, I had a blast making these felt jelly bean bags for my daughter this Easter. My favorite part was the wide array of beautiful colors of wool felt to choose from. It was an instant winner with my daughter who is in her "rainbow phase". She loved mixing all the colors and then putting them in rainbow order. If you want to find the project journal for the Easy Drawstring Bag pictured below, click here. Some are shiny and bright. and some are crystal clear. They add a bit of variety to the previously all black selection. They are available as Key chains, Pendants, or Charms. I also made some that are clear. There are also a bunch of over sized felt cookies which I still don't know how to use. The photographs of the cookies came out really well (because my mother helped me). In addition to the new acrylic cookies, I have made an additional 39 large record cookies and 100 small cookies.

These are made from white industrial felt. They are very large. ∆DIY∆ Chanel Cut Out Gloves. SALE 50 Felted set cuffs and scarflette Aurora by Rudman. Coffee or Tea felted Hat headband custom made by Puppycatmeow.
