With a sheet of paper, some glue and a bit of paint, and about 40 minutes to spare this instructable will show you how you can make a Harry Potter type wand that would not look out of place in the film itself. I designed it and I have already made a load for my kids, even my girlfriend and her 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend wanted one each!

My husband brings in over 90% of the household income, and we have learned how to make do with this arrangement. We've learned to save on somethings, and splurge on others. If we really wanted to, we could put aside money for furniture, home decorations and the "frivolous".
