infolib.dat is a custom library for TTmenu and YSmenu used to speed up the loading time of ROMs. For the ROMs that are included in the release, look under the latest date on the left. Both TTmenu and YSmenu users should place infolib.dat in the TTmenu folder. If you have a DSTT then you will already have this file; overwrite the one already there.
