Edit the url "http://yourblog.tumblr.com/sitemap.xml" where 'yourblog' is… well, your blog id.

Be careful : it seems that tumblr creates several sitemap per blog.
On my own tumblr I have 3 sitemaps :
1/ sitemap-pages.xml
2/ sitemap1.xml
3/ sitemap2.xml
