First Official Stills of The Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man. Sony Pictures has released, via iTunes Movie Trailers, the first two official stills of The Lizard (Rhys Ifans) in The Amazing Spider-Man.
The two pics, which looks like screenshots from tomorrow's new trailer, show that The Lizard will be wearing his famous lab coat in at least one scene. Opening in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on July 3, the Marc Webb-directed action adventure stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.

While we have no clue just when Columbia Pictures will be dropping a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man, one has to imagine that it will be fairly soon.
Much like The Dark Knight Rises, the movie released a teaser trailer this past summer, but last week we saw a full theatrical preview for the next Batman adventure and we're still waiting to see more from the webslinger. The Marc Webb-directed movie has been staying in conversation thanks to a new poster, banners, and website, but we continue to wait for the next bit of footage.
Today we once again have another stop-gap thanks to some brand new officially released images. Posted over on the film's official Facebook page, you can check out the new stills below. Cette affiche nous dévoile ici le torse de Spider-Man, alors que la précédente nous dévoilait son dos. Enfin, c’est mon avis et c’est aussi actuellement le débat sur le forum. Nous n’arrivons véritablement pas à savoir si elle est officielle ou non. Pour moi oui, ça présente l’avant du costume alors que l’autre nous présentait l’arrière du costume; car comme vous pouvez le voir sur ces photos, l’avant et l’arrière partagent le même logo de même taille. Alors que dans la version BD, ils sont différents. New Images from THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN; First Trailer Arrives Next Week. Comic-Con attendees are counting down the days until they get their first look at footage from The Amazing Spider-Man, but Hall H attendees won’t be too far ahead of the curve.
New images from the film will be in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly and lo-res screencaps of scans from the magazine have gone online (it’s like low-resolution squared). Director Mark Webb also tells EW that “Ultimately what this movie is about is a kid who grows up looking for his father and finds himself. And that’s a Spider-Man story we haven’t seen before,” which is true. We’ve just seen that story in plenty of other movies before. SHH reports that the first trailer for the film will be attached to some prints of Captain America: The First Avenger and that the trailer will run 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The studio simultaneously released a photo of Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man, the first shot of Garfield in the famous full mask and suit The film, which is now in production and is being shot entirely in 3D, will be released on July 3, 2012. The film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field. The film is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt and Alvin Sargent and Steve Kloves based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
