Since May 2007 I have been investigating as freelancer an intrigant case on which so far there is an embarrassing silence in the mass media world: the Apollo 19/20 case, about classified USAF missions - officially never occured - by NASA assistance and the collaboration of the Soviets . It seems that up to now only Kevin Smith – see his interview with me in October 2007, during his radio talk The Kevin Smith Show (live from Phoenix, Arizona) has opened a honest discussion on the controversial topic. Solar wind can flow in through the opening to "load up" the magnetosphere for powerful geomagnetic storms. But the breach itself is not the biggest surprise. Researchers are even more amazed at the strange and unexpected way it forms, overturning long-held ideas of space physics. "At first I didn't believe it," says THEMIS project scientist David Sibeck of the Goddard Space Flight Center.

Tsunami en Atlantique ?

Suite aux raz de marée dévastateurs du 26-12-2004, la question du danger de rencontrer des tsunamis en Atlantique a resurgi. En particulier, des interrogations sont soulevées à propos de l'effondrement possible du volcan Cumbre Vieja à La Palma aux Canaries. Les quelques lignes qui suivent présentent mon analyse personnelle de cette affaire. En Septembre 2000, des chercheurs de l'University College de Londres ont contacté le Ministre britannique des Sciences Lord Sainsbury pour l'avertir que l'effondrement d'un volcan dans les Canaries pourrait envoyer un mur d'eau de plusieurs centaines de mètres de hauteur balayer l'océan Atlantique.
